Recently I tried to clean my clothes pink and white striped pajamas. However, when I added bleach, bright white changed a dull, old chestnut. Brown is not noticeable at first, but the commitment is far more successful than ever. The rose does not appear to have been affected. The dress is 80% polyester and it is my pajamas favorite game: (. Is there something I can do to get the coffee out and be white again? Please help!
The garment is ruined. You may be able to stain the garment with a fabric dye, but it looks like bleach burned polyester.
