Golfers who travel to Southern California must make a stop in the town where Tiger Woods made his debut. The icon of golf has learned to play golf on Long Beach. The city has a half-dozen courses of various levels of game where fans, professionals, and they all can practice your swing like a champ.
Golf is a popular pastime in the world but especially in towns along the coast of sunny California. With less equivalent to one month's days rain each year, regardless of whether the calendar says that in January or June, provided the weather is ideal for golfers to play a round or hitting a bucket of balls.
Long Beach, in particular, is full of tourists and locals take to the green to enjoy 18 holes on the golf course at El Dorado Park, Skylink, Recreation and Park Heartwell Park (where Tiger perfected your short game). Players looking for a short game play on the term Executive Bixby Village Golf and Recreation Park which has both a 18-cellar and 9-hole course.
Find a golf course is not difficult, with little time can find a list of courses where you can also read reviews of local players. You're sure to find a path that suites your tastes and skills. With the exception of Bixby Village, all the best golf courses are owned by the city. These courses can even book online city, so you can book a tee time at your leisure.
If you really want the golf experience of a lifetime, just to the east coast community to play during the summer months (May-August) and participate in the Festival of Long Beach Golf. The event begins in early May and has at least nine golf tournaments, spread over four months.
