"How is that possible?" "I use that baby?"
That was my reaction when I was researching products baby (during the development phase of 411 babies) and he heard the news that most baby products that we know and love, and have used for years to contain cancer-causing (carcinogenic) chemicals. It was a revelation.
Since nurse neonatal intensive care, I care for babies who are at risk and are at their most vulnerable state. Now, I think I used without the knowledge and recommendation of dangerous products. Well, nothing more. I have taken positions and made a mission of educating and others. As a health professional, I know that parents are turning to us for answers. And because of this, parents choose and buy products we use in hospitals to believe that it is the safest options. Why not if we use it in hospitals? Unfortunately, we unknowingly and promote, inadvertently, of poor quality products.
