Classic Rubber

Arguments in favor of Rubber Soul
Arguably the best songs from Rubber Soul are classics of the best songs from Revolver. Certainly not is more widely known.
"Drive My Car" Norwegian Wood, Nowhere Man, "" Michelle "," Girl, "" I'm Looking Through You "and" In My Life "is an incredible collection of songs for all those included in an album. The album is almost a" Greatest Hits " compilation sometimes feel, because it includes many songs of legend. And while Revolver (rightly) receives more praise for the innovative production and arrangements. Rubber Soul has the merit of introducing the sitar (played by George Harrison on "Norwegian Wood") to the world West.
We can also make a case that Rubber Soul is really a more "consistent" sound to it. It has a sort of "relaxed grass "The influence of sound for most of the album. While other Revolver is more like 14 trips completely different, all included in an album (which also can be positive, according to taste).
The gun holster
This is certainly an album more consistent. No tracks of songs anywhere near as weak as "What Goes On" (one of the worst Beatles songs ever recorded.) "Wait" and "Run For Your Life" are also low. Compared not think there is a low Revolver song, even if it is true that I am not always in the mood to hear "Yellow Submarine" – remains a classic.
The main application for Revolver is the variety of songs (many different styles, all done perfectly) and testing innovative ( "Tomorrow Never Knows" is the most obvious example, but really the whole album.)
My verdict
Revolver wins this battle more comfortable in my opinion. While "Here, There & Everywhere, "" For No One "," Said She Said She Said "and" Doctor Robert "May be not as well known as some of the classic Rubber Soul, I really believe that all is well. Also I have not even mentioned the impressive "Eleanor Rigby" or even the fact that George Harrison was established as a good songwriter with this album ( "Taxman," "I Want To Tell You" and "Love You to.) Speaking of" Love You To "– Although not one of my favorites on the album is notable for taking the influence of India to the next level.
9/9/09 – Both albums are included in both mono and stereo Beatles CD box sets to be released September 9, 2009. Both albums are absolutely essential for the collection of any fan of the Beatles.

The Very Best of Spinners
$6.25 Although their first album appeared in the early '60s, it was with 1975's "They Just Can't Stop It (Games People Play)" that the Spinners really got moving. They emerged as one of the poppiest of the '70s soul bands, which cost them dearly in credibility. But their best songs were stunning--and by the time original vocalist Philippe Wynne left the group, in 1977, they'd racked up enough successes ... |

Sesame Street - The Best of Ernie and Bert [VHS]
$9.98 Perhaps a better title for The Best of Ernie and Bert would be Visits with Ernie and Bert, since the daunting prospect of culling the choicest episodes from more than three decades of Sesame Street is subjective at best. $9.89 In 1933, a squint-eyed sailor with outsized forearms danced a hula with Betty Boop--and began one of the great series in American cartoon history.
