Honestly I used the pillow for maybe 2 or 3 months, then stopped using because it was big enough for me to wait. I used mostly in bed at night. After leaving the use to celebrate what I would use to hold the arm on each side, it meant that I could nap. Now she sits at the top of my rack wash. While were older did not care to sit there too, would rather lay on the ground.
