Why the camera images on the eddies around the TV when connected to the camera and face on TV

When you connect a digital camera for television and not on TV, you will see the TV picture on the TV. facinates What worries me is that eddies and back and forth when you get close enough. Sometimes, there are many colors that radiate and press on. Do I see electromagnetic waves?
