How to identify a child with worms?

The normal first ultrasound?
After reading many of these that q I realized that most people here eithers internal reviews have had or have or have had an ultrasound fetal heart monitor from 6 weeks of pregnancy. I am 14 weeks pregnant and up Now all I had my blood pressure and weight checked twice. I have not heard my baby's heartbeat yet.
