How long is safe for the baby to sleep in a playpen or portable crib?
We visit in-laws for Christmas for 2 weeks and my baby is almost 6 months. Is it safe for him to sleep in a park, or be too big?
It would probably be safer, but make sure you are on the lower level. I know that my pack-n-play is an attachment that contains the baby. I think it is only recommended to use the part of 3 months or 15 pounds. At 6 months, you can sleep at the bottom safely. We visit my grandparents in Florida for a week and my 13 month old slept in the pack-n-play very happy during the trip. If you're really worried, find the manual and see if there are restrictions on weight or size. Good luck!
