Honestly, I think Randy Moss come the Raiders in 2005 was the best thing that can reach them, especially with Kerry Collins' (which would have re-signed him) rocket arm, but any kind of collapses quickly. Year Last Randy Moss played like shit and it's to boost the morale of the team down because he just will not be Oakland. Since the wake of Moss last year I think the Raiders can only improve from here on out after discharge him because he does not look the same in games and everything he did was complain to each week. Drafting JaMarcus Russell was a good decision, but I really do not think it will make a real difference for some years. Dominick Rhodes signed in free agency is a step in the right direction, but now that was suspended for the first 4 games of the season will hurt them because we know the amount of production (or lack thereof I should say) of LaMont Jordan brings to the table. We have a group of decent young receivers in Porter, Taylor, Gabriel, Curry Whitted, and Williams. The Raiders still have one of the toughest defenses the NFL, in my opinion and one way to improve now that they have a veteran like Darius to add the address of Warren Sapp. They have the best kicker in the league and have a decent kicker packs initially for special teams Not really a concern. In fact, all the Raiders have to do is find a kind of earth from its offensive to make them productive and able to convert 3 down and the Raiders will go 8-8 easily. It will not be their year because they have double digit losses, but in a few years, I say look for Oakland begin to appear on the radar of the NFL.
