I confess. I am a night owl and last night my husband was preparing for bed, I
account of his socks look weird. It went for me when I sat on
the sofa. I could not believe my eyes.
The first words of my mouth were, "a t-Liquid Paper in socks?

How to spend a nice evening to morning a bird?
The early bird gets the worm. I am a night owl. I do everything in the night eating, exercise, study, etc. … I do not want to be an owl. But how do you change into a bird of tomorrow?>
Good question! I like to know myself! Some people have circadian rhythms that are really hard to change, like me. A couple of things I read are: Expose yourself to bright light during the period of enlightenment (or want to wake up) for atleast one or two hours (Get a lighting system for winter depression employment) and then be in the dark near or dim light for several hours before the desired bedtime. (A computer monitor Not really low light, lol). The second is to avoid caffeine or stimulants and sugar for 12 hours before your bedtime. Caffeine can have effect until 12 hours after consumption in some people. Do not drink alcohol. Third place is once you keep the program, you must keep all days including weekends or could slip out of your new employer. Also, try eating, exercise, and study during the day or tomorrow, if possible, or atleast one of them to spend the day, and those are all at night. It is difficult for some people to create a new sleep pattern. It could take a month or two to reach their desired sleep / wake, as it should be done slowly and steadily as others on the list. Also some of you may not want to change because of secondary gains, Behavioral model. Secondary gains would the benefits you receive your class schedule and think some, even if the refusal. If you are not 100% committed to change, not going to work. Some people may not be able to move at all. This is rare (although I think it is common). In my humble opinion, I think he could do part of the gene, too. Make any changes slowly and stay with them. People say it always rises at the same time, too, although I slept only 4 hours due to a lack of sleep.
