Musical Lamb
Musical Lamb

In this piano lesson you will learn to play Mary Had A Little Lamb without the use of scores. Be a bit professional and use both hands!
As you probably know Mary Had A Little Lamb is a popular nursery rhyme. Here the first stanza:
Mary Had a Little Lamb
lamb Little Lamb
Mary Had a Little Lamb
its fleece was white as snow
During the test in his invention of the phonograph 1877, Thomas Edison used this poem and audio recording became the first to be successfully bred.
We will not use scores in the Piano Lesson. Instead we use a form of piano tab or piano tab short.
Tablature is a form of musical notation, often with numbers and letters, which tells the player where to place fingers on a particular instrument rather than being released to play.
First, you need to find the note C on the piano. In a piano C is the first white key that is left of two black keys.
C that interests us most is the C in the center of the piano. This is called CC average because the keyboard is in the center, near the lock.
In our piano notes that form a c number: 1
The white key right of C we call 2 and so on. Let's play a few notes:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7
When you played the seven notes that come to the C next to the piano.
We will try to play a bit of Mary Had a Little Lamb:
Mary Had a Little Lamb
3 2 1 2 3 3 3
You can use the index finger on his right hand to play this melody or be a little more professional and use your thumb for all number 1, the index for the number 2 and the major number 3.
Let's continue this piano lesson with the following line:
Little Lamb, Little Lamb
2 2 2 3 5 5
Use the little finger for number 5 if you wish. The next section is the same as the first sheet of the piano:
Mary had a lamb
3 2 1 2 3 3 3
We are now close to finishing this song:
its fleece was white as snow
3 2 2 3 2 1
How can you use your left hand? Well, you can make this piece a little more difficult and more rewarding to play using his left hand for bass notes.
The notes from C to C is called an octave below. You also have these notes to the left of middle C. We can call these notes in the octave to the left.
Please use the notes 1-7 in the eighth left to play the bass notes with his left hand, one can write this as follows:
3 / 1 2 1 2 3 / 1 3 3
3 / 1 means that, like playing the first 3 will also play in the huitième No. 1 on the left with the left hand simultaneously.
The rest of Mary Had A Little Lamb, with base notes include this:
2 / 5 2 2 3 / 1 5 5
3 / 1 2 1 2 3 / 1 3 3
3 2 / 5 2 3 2 1 / 1
I suggest you play on the left, 1 on the little finger and the number 5 with the thumb. This is the whole song and his piano lesson is over!
The best practice is probably to have a line at a time and remember. When you know the song from memory can play anytime, anywhere!

Chicago
$4.94 The movie version of Kander and Ebb's Chicago was long in the making, but it's well worth the wait. Director Rob Marshall's main change was to turn the classic musical numbers into fantasy sequences, but of course this isn't obvious on CD. Most importantly, the arrangements are bursting with life while being true to the show's spirit, and the casting is simply inspired. Catherine Zeta-Jones actual... |
