Chapter cream or lip balm for dry lips and peeling?
Its funny, because I have really oily skin but my lips are usually dry and scaling. wondered if there is a decent price pharmacy products out there that used to dry my lips more. Some claim to moisturize the skin, but the questions essentially worse, few tricks!?
