Kids Blue

We all have questions about the world around us. Here are some common questions and answers today.
Why is the sky blue?
"The sky is blue due to Rayleigh scattering. As the light travels through the atmosphere, most wavelengths Higher pass directly through. Little red, orange and yellow light is affected by air.
"However, much of the light shorter wavelength is absorbed by gas molecules. Blue light is absorbed and then radiated in different directions. Get dispersed across the entire sky. Whichever direction you see, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. As you see the blue light across the sky is blue. "

Why does the sun look bigger, morning and evening?
"It is well known that when a light shines all through a dense medium that seems larger or gives greater" Enlightenment " at a given distance when viewed through a term lighter medium. This is especially noticeable when the medium contains particles of water vapor or solution, as in a humid environment or in fog. Anyone can be happy with it, standing a few feet of a street lamp and realize the size of the flame often go the distance, the light or "enlightenment" the atmosphere seems much larger.
"This phenomenon can be observed, to a greater or lesser degree, at any time, but when the air is damp and the steam that is more intense. Clearly, at sunrise and sunset, sunlight is shining through a longer period of atmospheric air at noon Besides, the air near the ground is much denser and more particles in aqueous solution, the upper layers where the sun shines at noon, and then the light should be expanded, or enlarged and occasionally in color. … when the sun moves away from the meridian, on a flat surface, light as it attacks the atmosphere, should give more hard. "
Tip: Take a pen light and shine on a table. First place directly on the surface as the sun at noon. View Circle ray of light is a certain size. Now, the brightness of light on the surface at an angle, like when the sun goes down. Note the size of the light on the table. Is it bigger? The board is like the atmosphere above the earth. The light is incident at an angle and makes a bigger picture there. We see the object (the sun) Although isnÂ't. (For a better explanation of this in the reference where they are allowed to view images.

How deep is the ocean?
It depends from where you swim. A joke, eh?
"The average ocean depth is about five times the average height of the earth. In general, continents are about two miles above the ocean. According to the National Geographic Atlas, the deepest known part of the ocean measures 10,924 meters (35,839 feet) in the Mariana Trench near Guam. If the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest (29141 feet), would be placed in the trench, which would covered by over 1.25 miles of water. "

What the Big Bang theory?
The theory is that the universe was formed or created in space-time the singularity of extreme density and energy. Dark energy detected at microwave frequencies is a test release of energy. (The universe consisted of all parties at a time from scratch, according to a contact I had with those who knows.) The center of the universe is not and can not be determined. So they say. The theory can never be proven. Read the reference for a brief description.

How can the children of blue paint on plastic tablecloth?
The children were painting on the kitchen table and the whole painting left the table linen, except blue. Most of it is gone, but left it lost the blue marks. It looks horrible! The same thing happened spent with their shirt painting school to school, but the blue alll Out. Any idea that we would also be appreciated. Thank you
I've always been a great success with Spray N Wash stain stick. Sometimes I think I should keep in business! I apply with the applicator, then let the garment sit for a few days but not more than a week. Then wash in cooler water as possible. I like to use Clorox 2 for colors with Tide because I think it helps to make colors appear more promising. Do not put clothes in the dryer unless the stain is out because the heat only set the stain, making it impossible to leave. This process should work for the school jersey, but not plastic tablecloth. For plastic, you want to say vinyl with flannel support? If yes, table cloths vinyl are quite affordable and I replaced it. If you do not want to throw it, try using a damp cotton cloth and warm flat for applying a paste of baking soda and water. The dough should be abrasive enough to remove or mitigate the stain, but mild enough to keep the fabric swatch. Ammonia or bleach the color is drawn, if we want to stay away from them. If the paste of baking soda and water does not work, try to apply the normal club soda because the carbonation often acts as a good stain remover. Good lucky!
