For many of us, the bugs are just bugs, ugly little unpleasant and annoying pests. But insects are animals that play a role important in our world and there are literally millions of insects Spiece. They are a subgroup of the group known as arthropods. Arthropods are creatures with exoskeletons and segmented bodies.
There are a number of characteristics that make them easily identifiable and distinct from other animals that can be confused with bugs, if you know better. One of these features is to have three distinct body segments. These three segments are the head, thorax and abdomen. The head is self-explanatory, the thorax is connected to the head, like a human torso. And is inserted into the abdomen to the chest, as the back of the insect.
The next distinctive feature of insects is that they have six jointed legs. There are three pairs of legs at all, and they attach every one in the chest. If you see a small creature with legs attached to the abdomen, then it is an insect. Another characteristic is the presence of antennas attached to the head of the insect. It should be noted that this is typical of insects but a small number of insects not have antennas. A charcteristics addition the presence of wings. Some types of insects that can not fly, the wings must be present at some point in their development. The last feature is a hard exoskeleton.
It is fairly easy to identify insects based on characteristics. The problem is by life cycle stages of the insect when it can not display all these characteristics. This insect had the exact body of a bee, which is expected to hot pink and black stripe instead of yellow and black. He flew to my side, so I look good to him and I am sure what I saw. I've never seen before and I can not find anything on the internet to identify it.
