Are you the first half of last year of entry to college?

I had very good grades 9 and Grade 10, but the 11th year, while I learned many good life lessons, my notes had nothing to show. I take more classes in my school for three years, but not one half of my physics honors class last year. I take the same rigorous classes last year and I expect to improve my skills a lot. This is my first semester of high levels of the year? Do they look at admission to all, or only used to see if you completely neglect after shall be eligible for admission?
