Cucumber Melon
Honeydew melons are the sweetest of all melons and average 5 to 6 pounds. They are fresh and the best when picked between June and October. Year, however, are available round. Like most melons, melons taste better if left unrefrigerated for a few days. Whole melons keep fresh for a week when refrigerated. To store cut melons, packaging their seeds in plastic bags and eat within a few days. Melon seeds are edible and are pressed for oil. Note, however, germination of seeds and contain toxins.
Nutrition: One serving (1 cup) of honey has 64 calories. Honeydew melons are rich in vitamin C and vitamin B6. They also contain potassium and calcium. Honeydew melons are an excellent choice if the system trying to lose weight.

Melon salad dressing of sweet sparkling
INGREDIENTS:
 • 1 fennel bulb
 • Half a cantaloupe melon
 £ 1 • Green salad
 • 1 medium onion, sliced
 • chopped chervil to taste
 • chopped parsley taste
 • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
 • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
 • 2 oz sparkling wine
 • 1 tablespoon honey
 • salt and pepper to taste
• cup olive oil extra virgin
1. Remove outer layers of the fennel bulb, if it is brown or colorless.
2. Cut the pear in two the width, then cut into thin strips.
3. Cut the melon into thin strips.
4. Combine fennel, melon, lettuce, onions and herbs.
5. Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, wine, sparkling wine, honey, salt and pepper.
6. Stir in oil, stirring constantly, until that fully integrated.
7. Toss salad with vinaigrette and serve.
Cold cucumber and sweet melon soup Crab
INGREDIENTS:
 • 2 quarts chopped, peeled and seeded English cucumbers
 • 2 quarts coarsely chopped, peeled and seeded ripe honeydew melon
 • 3 tablespoons lemon juice cool
 • 2 tablespoons sugar
 • 1 / 3 cup light cream
• A salt to taste
 • 1 / 8 tsp Tea Hot Sauce
 • 10 oz cold and calm, steamed crab meat
• Â ¾ cup chopped yellow seeds and / or red tomato
 • ½ cup diced ripe (but firm) Avocado
 • 2 c. Tea fresh chives, chopped
 • 2 c. tsp chopped fresh tarragon (or basil)
1. Add the cucumber, melon, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and sugar in a food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Filter with a filter pushing down on solids with a rubber spatula to extract liquid as possible.
3. Add cream and season to taste with salt and sauce hot. You should end up with about 1 liter of soup. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4. Gently mix crab, tomato, avocado and herbs. Season to taste with salt, hot sauce and lemon juice.
5. To serve: Gently press the crab mixture into a cup ¼ cup measure and unmold the center of a plate, the plane of the soup. Serve chilled cucumber mixture around and garnish with herbs.

I like the cucumber and watermelon in Cologne that I love bath and body works individually, but not from B & BW in zone I in vivo and some other brands of cologne smell of the genus cucumber melon oil. Any idea where I can buy outside of B & BW?
