A double umbrella stroller does not refer to the umbrella stroller (which incidentally has little to do with an umbrella sometimes), but refers to seats available in the stroller.

How can bend a jogger stroller?
I have a good deal on Strider In Step EZ but do not come with instructions. There are two red switches, and a pin, and we can not know what to do with anyone, or how to fold the stroller down.
