The seven castaways on Gilligan's Island are seldom addressed by their full name. This is consistent with the series creator Sherwood Schwartz wishes. He wanted to stay with the characters as prototypes rather than fully in the flesh. "In doing so, many who have seen the series, never knew the name the difference characters.Â, Gilligan, the rest of the crew had names that were used throughout the series. Some are used only once during the first episode, when a radio was used to introduce the characters and explain how you were stranded on the island.
Gilligan
Not clear if "Gilligan" was a name or surname. There was an urban legend who said that Gilligan was in fact a name and his name was "Willy". This was confirmed by Sherwood Schwartz, the original name of character Willy Gilligan. This name, however, has never been used in the show.

Interestingly, the pilot of Gilligan's Island was unusable due to the fact that three cast members had been replaced.
In the pilot the Professor was played by John Gabriel (who would be replaced by Russell Johnson. Ginger was a secretary played by Kit Smythe. Ginger would become an actress and be played by Tina Louise. While the character Bunny would go from being a dumb blonde played Nancy McCarthy to Mary Ann as played by Dawn Wells.

Going on vacation to his home a few days?
We have a family trip strong in manufacturing, where we leave our rabbit in the home for a day and a half. We left Thursday morning, returning Friday evening. It is usually fed twice a day, sometimes turning their cage for a or two hours a day, and get much attention during the day also. It is a very nice rabbit. I just want to make sure that 'll be nice when you are away and will not be too lonely. We have unfortunately not the ones who can see. Obviously, we'll make sure you have plenty of food. Other suggestions on how to ensure that will be OK?
If only the day should be good. Just make sure to leave a job hay. Offer a little water and so often leave a bottle, try to make another dish inside the cage if it does not tend to tip, or try to find a another bottle if you can. Although generally be OK to leave the bottle, you never know what can happen, so be prepared just in case.
