Brown Dot
Brown Dot

As a busy mom and wife, often in search of easy recipes and take 5 or less ingredients to my family. In Over the years I have collected the following recipes from various family members.
The following vegetable dishes are a hit with my children and adults in my family. Some of them can be made for a day or two ahead of time and then just reheated in the microwave. You can either season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
Note: I prefer to bake bread in flat glass baking dish, however, you can use molds that likes to use. If you're worried about stuck, you can lightly spray the pan with a plant sprayer.

A Night at Birdland, Vol. 1
$5.75 For all intents and purposes, the style of jazz known as hard bop came of age at this February 1954 live date from the famous New York club. By adding vibrant elements of blues, funk, soul, and gospel to the technically challenging and highly cerebral bebop form, hard bop became the dominant jazz style and to this day represents what is typically referred to as mainstream jazz. The lineup here res... |

A Night at Birdland, Volume 2
$5.59 The second volume of recordings from this seminal hard-bop date (February 21, 1954) picks up where Volume 1 leaves off, and is no less thrilling. Trumpeter Clifford Brown positively smokes through "Wee-Dot" and a supercharged reworking of the standard "The Way You Look Tonight." Alto Lou Donaldson earns his "Sweet Papa Lou" moniker with a tender reading of "If I Had You," rippling off a flurry of ... |
