It is a source of great discomfort for many parents, especially mothers, who are the main victims, a child must be fed every three hours or more often during the day. I remember having gone through this with my own children and think it was almost too much to expect of human endurance. Somehow parents were involved in this for generations. Here are some strategies to help cope and to encourage their own baby sleep through the night.
First, it helps to remember that this stage will not last forever. Experts say that the baby must be at least twelve books, and perhaps two or three months before you can expect to sleep through half the night power. After that time will be safe enough to try some things to encourage the baby to sleep through the night.
If the baby sleeps too much during the day, wake her and feed her. Encourage him to stay awake during the day. Within reasonable limits, do not worry about keeping the house in silence during the day, because we want the baby wakes and lighter sleep. Sleeping baby?
I have a baby of 9 weeks and began to ISH 7:30-8:00 every night after his bath. In Stock sleep from there between 12 to 2 am which is great because before he slept only 1 to 2 hours between channels. The thing is that after the time Power does sleep 12-2 not as long or as well. Is this normal? 5 hours is to play lol. All I'm doing wrong? Or is this just normal?
Yep thats quite normal for every baby is different, my lack of sleep of infants 8 hours in a period of 24 hours during 16 hours is average. Every baby is different, but it seems he sleeps better than some. Be grateful.
