Baby Safe

The Associated Press recently reported that more than 75 children have died from the flu this year. This figure is alarming because most of influenza seasons demand between 45 and 85 children. Here are some tips to help keep your baby healthy and happy in this flu season.
Vaccinate
If your baby is six months or more, be sure to get him a flu shot. Consider vaccination has two weeks to start working. To a large extent, the whole family vaccinated to avoid unnecessary exposure to your bird.
Stay Home
Keep your child at home as much as possible between April and October. Do not attend public events involving large crowds in an effort to avoid exposure with dangerous viruses. If you do an event like a party, keep your baby down by others who seek to hold himself or kiss and hug. A good way to avoid unwanted contacts is to keep your child in a car seat or stroller during those outings. This makes them less accessible to the public.
Disinfect
Adopt the practice of sterilization without ceasing. Where is away from home, carry hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Disinfect their hands before holding or touching your baby. By making at the grocery store or restaurant, clean the entire surface (chair, basket, table, etc.) you can connect with a damp towel. Also be sure to clean the baby's hands and face with soap and warm water frequently and pay special attention to issues that tries to put in your mouth. Its objective overall is to maintain a sterile environment, for your own child.
In the same note, be sure to disinfect your house frequently. Focus on issues and frequently touched surfaces in the house. This includes phones, remote controls, keyboards, doorknobs, the countertops, toilet handles, sanitation, etc. can be done with a disinfectant or delete an easy to use a disinfectant spray.
Keep Away The Sick
If a family member ill, they are far from you and your baby as possible. In addition to preventing the spread of germs to your baby, you want to ensure that no sick too. In case you get sick, consider the delivery of their parental rights a trusted person to limit contact between you and the baby.
Use the "Good Room"
Most offices have a medical room and a room for patients in their waiting areas. If your child is due to an appointment, keep him in the room away children or adults who look sick. The waiting room is full of germs, makes this aspect particularly important to keep your baby healthy.
