In 1898, Adolph Gund, a German immigrant, founded a toy company and novelty in Norwalk, Connecticut. The name of the founder of the company, Gund, More later became one of the pioneers of the remarkable industry of toys soft and fluffy. In 1925, when Gund sold the company withdrew one of its employees, Jacob Swedline apprentice who had it for about thirty years. The collection includes quilts, play mat and with learning activities, clothing and furnishings. The collection is made with the same Gund safety and quality standards, and incorporates the unique baby soft material which is known for the design Kwell collection. When buying new bears, customers buy more than 100 years the rich heritage and trusted Gund.
